Covering every game we publish and this website. Effective 14 October 2026.
Right now, none of our games collect any personal data. No accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no trackers, no third-party SDKs. Neon Daisy makes no network requests at all. Everything it remembers is stored on your device and never leaves it.
Electric Tower Games, a one-person game studio in Buffalo, New York. We are the data controller for anything described here. Reach us at hello@electrictowergames.com.
This policy covers all of them, but they do not all behave the same way, so here is each one plainly. We update this table before a game that behaves differently is released — not after.
| Game | Personal data | Analytics | Ads |
|---|---|---|---|
| Neon Daisy | None collected | None | None |
Our games save your progress locally, using your device's own storage. None of it is transmitted anywhere, and none of it identifies you. For Neon Daisy that is which levels you have cleared and the stars earned, lifetime counts such as taps and best chain, your daily challenge streak, your best endless run, and your settings.
Deleting the app removes all of it. There is no copy anywhere else — which also means we cannot restore it for you.
These are commitments across everything we publish, not just today.
No game of ours currently shows ads. The table above is the authoritative statement of that, and it is updated before a release, never after.
If we do introduce advertising, it will be opt-in — a rewarded ad you choose to watch in exchange for something — rather than ads interrupting play. The game and this policy will name the advertising provider, link its own privacy policy, and explain exactly what it receives. Where the law requires your consent, you will be asked before any ad is requested, and you will be able to decline and keep playing.
If a game offers a purchase, it is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details — not your card, not your billing address, nothing. We receive only an anonymous confirmation that a purchase occurred.
Installing from the App Store or Google Play is a transaction between you and Apple or Google, under their own privacy policies. They may collect data such as download counts and crash reports independently of us. We receive only anonymous, aggregated sales and installation figures. We never see who you are.
Our games are suitable for all ages and collect no data from anyone, children included. Because nothing is collected, there is nothing to request deletion of and no parental consent mechanism is required. Should that ever change for a given game, that game would be configured for child-directed treatment and would not serve personalised advertising.
Laws including the GDPR, the UK GDPR, and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data a company holds about you, and to object to its processing. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to produce or erase. The data on your device is yours, and uninstalling the app destroys it. If that ever changes, this section will describe how to exercise those rights before it does.
If a future version of a game adds anything that collects or transmits data, this policy will be updated and its effective date changed before that version is released, and the change will be described plainly here rather than buried in it. We would rather tell you than be found out.
This site is static. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It is served from Amazon Web Services, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for operational and security purposes, under AWS's privacy notice. We do not inspect, analyse, or retain those logs ourselves.
